Follow-up payment after service (Ability to manage follow-ups, such as payment collection and client communications).Attend meetings with team members, clients, and stakeholders to discuss project updates, brainstorm ideas, and gather feedback.Provide daily progress report and findings to the manager and director.Handle day-to-day tasks such as managing inventory and processing invoices.Receive and confirm client orders via Whats App and other channels, accurately record the details, and ensure they are entered into the system.Manage and acknowledge complaints from clients through Whats App and other platforms.Create compelling content for both online and offline marketing platforms with a strategic focus on effectively communicating our services to our target audience through various social media channels.Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantage (Optional)
