Company OverviewWe are partnering with a MNC company, subsidiary of Oji Group Japan.New Role:Understanding that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guaranteeing satisfaction to customers.Generating sales revenue through new and existing customers.Determine each customer's needs by asking questions and listening.Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.Resolve customer complaints and other matters.Keep abreast of new products and their benefits to customers.Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.Responsible for collection of payments from customers.Provide timely feedback to manager regarding customers' feedback.Work proactively with other team members.Weekly and monthly reporting, attend meetings and training.Other duties as assigned.Requirements to Succeed:Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent or min 3 years working experience.Experience in Paper Printing or Corporate sales is an added advantage.Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology.Strong communication skills in both written and verbal.Strong work ethic with high level of professionalism and integrity.Pleasant personality, self-motivated and teamwork-oriented.Fluent in English and Mandarin to deal with customers.Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers.Leadership and independence in teamwork to accomplish routine tasks.Being cooperative.Self-starter with a high level of initiative, strong sense of urgency and ownership.Possess own transport.To Apply:If you are interested in this role, click 'apply now' to submit your resume (in MS Word format) ****** .
