The Role You will play an important role in supporting the growth of Lazada by acquiring targeted sellers to be onboard as sellers. In this role, you will serve as the front face of the company with dedication to create and apply an effective engagement and conversion strategy on prospective brands' stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Develop assortment roadmap, conduct research on prospective sellers, evaluate potential requirements and propose angle of engagement.
• Drive engagement and build strategic relationship with the goal of onboarding them as a Lazada seller.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure positive projections of company's image. Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Experience working in offline seller conferences
• Familiar with local industry landscape
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
