Our client "??Maclean Services Sdn Bhd" is seeking a Business Development Manager  to  join their company!   What you'll be doing? Develops, build and strategically manages business relationship with potential clients within the territory for the purposes of generating sales and business developmentIdentifies, evaluate and manage business opportunities/leads in securing sales pipeline in with short and long-term financial goalsMaintains and increases the revenue and gross profit of each key account, ensuring they remain profitable in line with the annual revenue/profit targetsActs as the primary source of information for the company regarding client's expectations, needs and challenges, market and price developments, competitive activities and identification of opportunities and threats Initiates business cases and plans for chosen accounts and carries out detailed analyses such as net sales, gross and net profit margins, net profit values for the purpose of decision making Assist in the development of the product/service vision, strategy, roadmap and execution planConduct cold calls and sales pitches to potential clientsPerform ad-hoc assignments as and when instructed by CEO or COOManages the negotiation process. Prepares contracts, providing input on pricing and contract terms. Identifies upselling opportunities and manage contract renegotiations with existing clients Manages the improvement of current business development/sales processes and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency Performs competitive analysis and collates market benchmark data to determine client needs and price structures Gathers and analyzes data from available resources to enhance service positioningThe Business Development Manager is responsible to open new markets and develop business opportunities for the company's products/services.

Bachelor's Degree majoring in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Economy or its equivalent Masters in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA) is highly desirableMinimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacityAbility to acquire business knowledge and to consider all actions and decisions in a business contextAbility to respond and to make changes promptly for business successDisplays speed of actionStrives towards continuous improvementKnowing what needs to be done and taking responsibilities for making it happenStrives towards quality of outputAcknowledging and respecting the importance of stakeholders (internal and external) in the business value chainStrives to manage and exceed stakeholders expectationsWorks actively in project teams and cross functional initiativesSupports and participates in companywide programsCollaborates to accomplish common goals and values the contribution of othersAbility to engage and interact with all stakeholders in differing situationsDisplays proficiency in writing, speaking and presentingDisplays emotional intelligence in an appropriate mannerAbility to proactively seek out solutionsSeeks out solutions/answers including establishing networking Working Hour: 5 days work week Ready to join this role?
