Business Development Manager (BDM), IpohAbout the roleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Ipoh Branch.
As the BDM, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and forging strong relationships with potential clients in the Ipoh region.

What you'll be doing
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Ipoh market
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets
Provide regular progress updates and performance reporting to management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and market developments
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the MCIS LIFE organization
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in new business development or sales
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to effectively manage multiple opportunities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
Familiarity with the sales and marketing tools and technologies
Adaptable and resilient, with a passion for achieving results
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
