Business Development Manager (BDM) / Senior BDM (SBDM) Business Development Manager (BDM) / Senior BDM (SBDM) We are looking out for BDMs / Senior BDMs to grow our business, and help our clients enhance their capabilities.

Job Description Build and develop new and existing sales channels. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Identify clients' needs and promote services provided by Beacon to address their needs. Prepare proposals, follow up and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers (SBDM role) Lead and guide other BDMs. Requirements: Insatiable appetite for generating new business and exceeding targets Competent in conducting presentations to clients Good in building relationships with clients Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills Diploma or Degree (in relevant disciplines)(BDM role) Min 2 years of solid experience in B2B sales of service solutions (SBDM role) 5-year sales experience in industries similar with Beacon (SBDM role) Thinks strategically and analytically (SBDM role) Able to coach and guide team members to bring in results Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?
