ResponsibilitiesManage the achievement of volume targets, P&L and overall revenue growth, including fee income, of the assigned business centres.
Establish market networking and engagement activities for overall customer satisfaction needs and bank's franchise growth.
Collaborate with Business Banking for cross-selling and customer fulfillment purposes.
Manage and coach a team of relationship managers with mixed seniority and experiences for competency, skillset development and succession planning.
Inculcate behavior of compliance to regulatory, credit and business rules/regulations.
Job RequirementsMinimum education certification in Degree or equivalent with a general economic and accounting background.
Minimum of 5 years in managerial experience, especially in managing sales teams with solid knowledge of banking operations and product offerings.
