Business Development Manager (Electronic Component | RM10k Basic + Incentives)Drive 100% hunting sales initiatives to penetrate and expand the Penang market for franchise Chinese electronic component brands.
Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies, focusing on primary regions like Penang, with secondary targets in Kuala Lumpur and Ipoh.
Identify and secure key clients, leveraging deep industry connections.
Organize and deliver compelling presentations tailored to customer needs.
Operate independently, managing the BU's operations and sales activities effectively.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B electronic component sales for electronics component distributor/franchises/electronics manufacturing companies.
Extensive connections in Penang's electronics industry.
Ability to handle Chinese electronic product lines confidently (experience with American/European products not required).
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients/customers.
Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia.
Computer literacy & able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Ppt).
Dynamic, committed, self-motivated, and self-disciplined.
