Conduct prospecting, recruitment, training, development, progression, and recognitionof independent Sales Representatives to achieve full earnings potential.
Develop local strategies and plansto ensure the attainment of SOS targets.
Execute Field Sales activities , meetings, touchpoints, and local events.
Manage Golden Circle Representativesto retain and progress segments.
Perform day-to-day activitiesas per the company's BDM Field Relationship Process.
Train and manage Avon Puteri franchisees and staffto provide excellent store service; develop and nurture Representative relationships.
Manage field communication and executionof Sales and Marketing programs and incentives.
Identify opportunitiesfor campaigns, promotions, services, and distribution channels.
Drive digital adoption and engagementof Representatives.
Live the Avon core valuesand instill this amongst the APs, Branch Staff, and Representatives.
Experience & Skills Required:
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
University graduate, preferably with a degree in a business course.
Minimum 3 years of work experience preferably in Sales and/or Marketing.
People management preferably as head of a team.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Strong Interpersonal / people skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin, other Chinese dialects an advantage.
Able to interpret and analyze data to drive performance.
Able to lead meetings.
Able to conduct trainings.
Able to organize branch and field events.
