**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or above in business or marketing.- Ability to work hard and adapt to frequent travel.- Passion for sales, strong entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to explore and develop new customers in unfamiliar markets.- Excellent language skills, proficient in communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen market perception and strong negotiation abilities.- Capability in independent customer development and public relations, with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs.- Proficiency in basic office software and excellent written and oral communication skills in English.**Responsibilities**:1.Business Development/Sales Strategy and Planning:- Collaborate with ASA company to develop business development/sales strategy for Malaysia and other new countries, seeking approval from the manager.- Work with ASA's sales department and local teams to develop annual action plans and KPIs to achieve strategic goals in Malaysia and other new countries.- Inform local managers of issues and risks, proposing solutions to ensure strategic objectives are met.2.Budget Management:- Prepare sales budgets for new customers in Malaysia and other new countries, recommending them to the Managing Director for approval.- Ensure alignment of departmental activities with budgets/forecasts and take appropriate action to meet budgetary objectives.3.Sales Performance Management:- Drive revenue growth by attracting/engaging new clients in Malaysia and other countries.- Achieve budgeted revenue targets in Malaysia and other new countries through effective planning and implementation.- Ensure profitability growth of clients/customers in Malaysia and other countries.- Work with Finance Department to set prices, pricing structure, and margins.- Manage product portfolio effectively to meet profitable growth targets.- Develop and implement agreed actions on time and measure performance against budgetary targets.4.New Product Introduction Projects:- Develop detailed new product introduction plans for clients/customers in assigned countries, seeking approval from the local Managing Director.- Identify key milestones and control implementation according to agreed plans.5.Customer Relationship Management:- Develop effective business plan frameworks for different client groups in Malaysia and other assigned countries.- Establish and maintain profitable business relationships with assigned clients.**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Business Development: 4 years (required)- Sales & Marketing: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
