Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, with experience in the electronics industry preferred (EMS).- Hardworking and adaptable to high-frequency travel.- Passionate about sales work, with a strong sense of enterprise, and the courage to explore new customers in unfamiliar markets.- Strong language skills, proficient in communication and adapt at dealing with people, with keen market perception and excellent negotiation skills.- Independent in customer development and public relations, with the ability to understand customer needs and capitalize on opportunities.- Proficiency in basic office software and excellent written and oral communication skills in English.**Responsibilities**:- Business Development/Sales Strategy, Strategic Planning:- Collaborate with ASA company to develop business development/sales strategies for Malaysia and other new countries, recommending them to the manager for approval.- Develop annual action plans and KPIs in cooperation with ASA's sales, production, technical, and logistics departments to meet strategic goals.- Inform local managers of issues and risks and propose solutions to ensure strategic objectives are met.- Budget:- Prepare sales budgets for new customers in Malaysia/new countries, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and recommending them to the Managing Director for approval.- Ensure departmental activities align with budgets/forecasts and take appropriate action to meet budgetary objectives.- Managing Sales Performance:- Develop plans to attract/engage new clients from Malaysia/other countries, ensuring achievement of budgeted revenue targets.- Ensure profitability growth for Malaysian clients and customers in other new/allocated countries.- Work with the Finance Department to set prices, pricing structure, and margins.- Ensure effective management of the product portfolio to meet growth targets.- Agree on business development and individual KPIs for each client, ensuring performance meets budgetary targets.- Develop reporting frameworks to measure agreed KPIs effectively and submit monthly reports with recommendations to local managers and ASA.- New Product Introduction Projects:- Develop detailed new product introduction plans for clients/customers in assigned countries and obtain approval from the local Managing Director.- Identify key milestones and control implementation to ensure effective product introduction.- Customer Relationship Management:- Develop effective business plan frameworks for different client groups in Malaysia/other assigned countries.- Ensure profitable business relationships are established and maintained with assigned clients.- Develop customer questionnaires, analyze customer satisfaction issues, agree on improvements, and ensure their implementation.- Managed Client Agreements:- Work with ASA to develop standardized customer agreements and lead negotiations with clients to achieve business objectives.- Ensure all customer agreements meet standard requirements and monitor their execution.- Customer Communication:- Develop communication matrices for clients and ensure timely and efficient investigations for all assigned clients.- Business Intelligence:- Develop a framework for comprehensive market research and analysis, focusing on Malaysia/other newly allocated countries.- Regularly monitor and analyze market data to provide decision support to management.- Legal Requirements: Policies and Procedures:- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and propose policy/procedure changes to the local manager to support business objectives.- Environmental Responsibility:- Responsible for maintaining and protecting the company's internal and external environment, adhering to the company's environmental management policy.- Marketing:- Develop local marketing strategies and participate in various local exhibitions and research meetings.Authority:- Knowledge of company rules, regulations, and organizational structure.- Advisory role in providing suggestions to superior leaders and other departments.- People management responsibilities, including recruitment, rewards and punishments, training, and career development of subordinates.- Decision-making authority in recruitment and assessment.**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Do you have electronics industry work experience?**Experience**:- Business Development: 5 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
