Job Responsibility
Client Acquisition:
Serve existing clients in Will & Trust / Insurance Policy / Financial services.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Relationship Management:
Build business development strategy based on company business strategy.
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Track and report on sales performance and progress towards targets.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Job Requirements
Ability to converse in Mandarin and English will be an advantage.
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in Insurance / Trust & Will / Law Banking / Financial / or similar environment.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in financial / will & trust / banking / Insurance / Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and planning abilities.
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
Position will be based in Skudai, Johor Bahru.
