Business Development Manager

We are looking for:
Business Development ManagerIndustry: EMS
Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang
Job Description:Identify market trends and growth opportunities.
Participate in strategy meetings and implement action plans.
Develop proposals and collaborate with engineering teams.
Attend industry events and generate leads.
Negotiate contracts and manage compliance.
Enhance brand presence and create marketing materials.
Assess and mitigate risks for new projects.
Manage supply chain stability and serve as customer contact.
Provide training on market trends and services.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
8+ years of experience, preferably as a Sales Manager.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Technical and commercial experience preferred.
Willingness to travel.
Summary of Role Requirements:Flexible hours available
More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Working rights required for this role
Expected salary: RM12,000 - RM15,000 per month
