Qualifications & ExperienceMust have at least 5 years of experience in business development roles.
Priority given to those with basic electrical maintenance skills.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills.
Develop goals & strategies for outlets and ensure they are achieved.
Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Plan, implement, and review yearly product marketing strategies and activities.
Excellent time management, problem-solving & planning skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
