Business Development Manager

To identify and act on the new business development and business planning for all the current Glove products.- Strategize and integrate the annual sales, marketing and stakeholder management plan and budget.- Shape and lead the overall strategy and activities of Stakeholder Management.- Do quotation and negotiate price & commercial terms to achieve sales target.- To Maintain business rapport with existing customers.- Report to HOD/COO on sales, sales forecast & provide feedback on established products.- Must well excellent in pre and post sales.- Must be well adverse in marketing exposure.- Attractive commission packages will be given.- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.**Job Requirement**- At least 5 years working experience in sales and marketing in glove industry.- Excellent marketing, persuading, interpersonal & communication skills.- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Must possess own transport.Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayWillingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
