In this position you will… …be leading the commercial success of bolttech's Telco, Retail and Insurance Exchange business in Malaysia and to deliver on overall revenue goals/business targets. You will also manage existing relationships with partner(s) and continuously develop and grow them; improve account relationships and establish bolttech as an important partner of all partners.
You will be responsible for… Telco, retail and insurance exchange's Profit and Loss (P&L) in the MY market, which includes delivery of the budget and sales/revenue targets Developing and driving partnership ecosystem strategy as aligned with both local and regional teams Developing an annual business plan with the partners and ensure partner alignment anchored to deliver sales/revenue targets; identify actions and solutions to mitigate business risks to meeting sales/revenue plan Driving "Go-To-Market" plans by engaging partners and internal teams to develop and implement sales program initiatives, product launches, new distribution channels, etc. Working closely with local and regional stakeholders to develop partnership strategy and ensure effective execution of partnership programs as aligned with company objectives and ambitions Establishing and driving bolttech Key Account governance framework that continuously assess partner needs and requirements, business performance and identify revenue opportunities that will deliver strategic business growth; own sales management pipeline and reporting to internal and partner stakeholders using key account metrics Ensures compliance of partner agreements, and proactively monitor compliance requirements are met as aligned with local market regulations For you to be successful… …we expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies: Impactful

Effective and articulate communicator actively and respectfully listens to and synthesizes others' perspectives Receptive to feedback and appropriately expresses own opinions You will require the following qualifications and skills Minimum seven (7) years of business development, partnership/key account management or sales experience Preferably with deep knowledge on how Telco/Insurance/Large Retail operation locally and regionally Strong relationship management, communication and negotiation skills Excellent stakeholder management on a day-to-day basis Results driven, experience in people management, team player, resilient, adaptable, passionate, and proactive Existing relationships with Telcos and large retailers are a plus but not a requirement #J-18808-Ljbffr
