Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a European multinational manufacturers and suppliers of fasteners and assembly systems. Our esteemed client is your innovative partner for joining technology with assembly and logistics solutions, around the world. They are currently expanding across SEA/MY. In line with that growth, they require a strong sales professional.Job Responsibilities:
Focus on researching and developing sales opportunities in Malaysia.
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
Business development into new segments, modes, and products.
Pursue sales leads, visiting existing and new customers to meet sales target levels and to further collaborative with distributors, end-users, OEM's, etc.
Negotiation price / technician and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
Represent the company in a professional manner and interact within the industry in tradeshows, association meetings and conferences or customer facilities.
Participate as necessary in key sales calls and sales support negotiations with major distributors and customers in support of company goals and objectives.
Managing customers' and market databases.
Make recommendations to enhance affective route to market, product quality and design.
Coordinate and expedite inter-departmental and intra-departmental communication and flow of work.
Assist in preparation of various periodical reports for management information.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical degree in related field.
Fluent in English, Chinese and Malay speaking are preferred.
Experience in Engineering field at least 2-3 years and in Sales field at least 3-5 years will be favourable considered.
Experience working in fasteners supply / General industrial fields, especially semiconductor machinery / white goods / electronic components / sheet metal fabrication / will be favourable considered.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and employers.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time.
Business Development and able to identify prospective customers.
Individual work and teamwork spirit.
Ability to travel around North while Central and South of Peninsula Malaysia are the plus.
