The company focuses on freight forwarding, contract logistics and port logistics, managing complex supply chains and provides a wealth of innovative value-added services.The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:Identify and secure potential customers, market verticals, and industry segments with strong growth potential.Actively secure new customers per agreed annual targets.Develop international trades lanes by working closely with the other company's offices and overseas agents.Proven track record in sales and business development in the Malaysian market.Self-starter requiring minimum supervision.Experience in managing sales visits/sales pipelines/sales reporting via CRM sales tool.Manage sales visits, pipelines and reporting via CRM tools.Deliver compelling presentation with excellent communication skills.Ideal ProfileDiploma / Degree or equivalent.
