Job DescriptionActively seek and explore new business opportunities to expand the company's portfolio and market presence.Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve company revenue targets.Account management and account planning.Maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy.Establish and manage relationships with external partners/vendors, fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial agreements.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and optimize business growth.Lead the creation of winning business proposals, tailored to client needs and aligned with company capabilities.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular meetings, follow-ups, and presentations.Participate in RFPs and tenders for BPO business, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.QualificationAt least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any fieldBachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and/or in Information Technology is a bonus.RequirementsMin 2-years' experience and proven track records in a sales environment.Must have HUNTER mentality in sales approach.Strong work ethics and attention to detail.Possesses strong interpersonal skills and can thrive in a dynamic work environment.Have good composure and showcase excellent problem-solving solving skills.Results oriented with good business sense.Strong written and verbal communication skillsNote: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
