Job Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of the organization's business development strategy.
Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including partnerships and market expansion.
Drive new deals including the preparation of business proposals.
Manage a team of business development specialists.
Build and maintain key client relationships, including negotiations and contract management.
Develop and monitor sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide strategic guidance to the executive leadership team.
Collaborate with senior management on overall business strategy.
Mentor and develop business development staff.
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree and relevant certifications highly preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive business development or sales experience in retail industry, including managerial responsibilities.
Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills, strategic thinking, excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to influence at the executive level.
Required to possess astute business acumen and analytical skills to conduct site surveys and assess potential conversion into a car park.
Candidate will be entitled to allowances and commissions.
Prefer those candidates who have transportation and willingness to travel daily.
