Come join us and experience our 5H (Heartful, Helping, Healthy, Honesty, Humble) culture.We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Specialist/ Business Development Manager to join our team at Syspex Mechatronic (M) Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam Selangor / Bayan Lepas Penang.
As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
Customer Relationship Management:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide expert advice on packaging, warehousing, and automation solutions.
Business Development & Market Expansion:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the packaging, warehousing, and automation sectors.
Drive the sales process from prospecting to closure, aligning solutions to meet customer needs and objectives.
Increase market share by identifying industry trends and adapting strategies to capture new segments.
Develop and execute a business development plan to meet or exceed the budget set by the company.
Work closely with internal teams (product development, operations, marketing) to ensure customer requirements are met with tailored solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activity to provide innovative solutions to customers.
Key Qualifications:
Degree inBusiness Administration ,Marketing , or a related field is preferred
Proven 3-5 years experience in business development or industrial solution selling, ideally in packaging, warehousing, logistics, or automation.
Strong track record of managing existing customer accounts and successfully acquiring new business.
Solid understanding of industry-specific solutions, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Experience in CRM tools and sales forecasting is a plus.
