Your new company
You will be working as a Business Development Manager (Industrial) - Solution focused instead of product. Experience in selling cooling systems will be an added advantage.
Your new role
Take charge of the entire business development process and initiatives for industrial energy efficiency solutions.
Build and sustain a robust pipeline of business opportunities by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Qualify leads and deliver preliminary estimates within strict deadlines.
Continuously refine priorities and align client expectations to optimize the use of internal resources and boost contract success rates.
Manage tender submissions and detailed proposals, coordinating with internal teams (finance, legal, and technical) and key stakeholders (engineering firms, EPC contractors, and OEMs) to create high-quality business plans that meet demanding client timelines.
What you'll need to succeed
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Have at least 5 years of experience in project development, project-based sales, or a commercial role.
Capable of working independently and taking necessary actions to complete tasks.
A team player who can manage multiple and complex bids.
