They're growing their Business Development team to drive the business growth and capture new opportunities in the SME market Job Responsibilities: Acquire new SME clients in Southern region by proactively generating and managing a pipeline of leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold outreach.Develop and implement plans to expand the financing business, including identifying target markets, assessing customer needs, and designing tailored financing solutions.Lead the negotiation and execution of financing deals, contracts, and partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand the financing portfolio.Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, operations, and risk management, to develop and deliver comprehensive financing solutions that meet customer requirements and comply with regulatory standards.Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership activities, sales pipeline, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our financing offerings.Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in the financing sector to ensure compliance is adhered to. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of related Business Development experience with: 1) Financial Services/Funding Societies with managing SME accounts.
2) B2B Network with high-profile SME clients including Construction/ Hospitality/ Telecommunications/ Device Channel Sales and other related services.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.Must be self-starter / self-motivated, focused and goal oriented.100% Hunter role and passionate about Sales.
