We are representing our client, a MNC logistic solutions company that covers air, sea, and land transportation based in Shah Alam, to look for potential candidates to fill a role as Business Development Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead & manage a team of sales personnel to explore new markets & implement total logistic sales strategy.
Actively organize sales activities and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop new initiatives to drive sales growth and support business expansion.
Establish a sales business plan to promote and sell services to existing or potential clients, targeting the expansion of the customer database.
Organize customer visits to promote service packages and propose quotations to customers in a timely manner.
Conduct & propose an annual business revenue budget plan to regional & country management.
Update/record all business development/sales activities using CRM in a timely manner.
Conduct monthly business development meetings & generate sales reports for analysis to identify business strengths & opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any field with a minimum of 4-6 years of working experience in the logistics industry.
Hands-on experience in total logistic sales, including sea/air freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, container haulage, customs clearance & international shipping solutions.
Good understanding of logistics solution concepts and the ability to demonstrate solutions with value-added propositions.
Strong leadership capabilities with effective interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is an advantage.

Working days/hours: Mon - Fri: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.
