Introduction As a Business Development Manager at Trip.com, you will beresponsible for driving growth within the Attractions, Tours, F&B, Eventsvertical by identifying strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, andexpanding our portfolio of offerings. You will play a pivotal role in shapingthe company's expansion strategy, fostering relationships with keystakeholders, and delivering innovative solutions to enhance our customers'travel experiences.
In this Role, you'll get to Develop and execute business developmentstrategies to achieve growth objectives in the Attractions, Tours,F&B, & Events vertical. Responsible for local activities productsdeveloping and sourcing management, supplier relationship maintenance,cooperation agreement signing and negotiation according to companystrategy and policy; Collaborate cross-functionally with product,marketing, and technology teams to integrate new offerings seamlessly intoTrip.com's platform. Analyze market trends, competitor activities,and customer insights to identify business opportunities and market gaps. Build and nurture relationships with keyindustry players and stakeholders to drive business expansion andinnovation. Drive revenue growth through effective salesstrategies, upselling, and promotional initiatives. What you'll Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Marketing, Tourism or a related field. Proven track record of 5+ years in businessdevelopment, partnerships, or sales roles within the travel, hospitality,or entertainment industry. Strong understanding of attractions, tours,F&B, events ecosystem with established industry networks. Experience in negotiating complex contracts andmanaging partner relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, andpresentation skills. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive andresults-driven approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment and adapt to evolving business priorities. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft OfficeSuite, and other relevant business tools.
