The Challenges
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, competitor strategies, and target clients.
Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to the company's goals, with a focus on increasing market share and exploring untapped market segments.
Analyze project feasibility, including cost analysis and risk assessment, to propose potential business ventures.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the property development and project management sectors.
Identify client needs and provide solutions by leveraging the company's expertise in project management consulting and property development.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
Identify and pursue new projects by networking, attending industry events, and collaborating with other teams to understand project viability.
Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, bids, and contracts that align with company capabilities and client requirements.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with contractors, architects, financial institutions, and other industry professionals to enhance business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company's visibility and influence within the market.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by identifying and securing profitable projects in project management and property development. Track and report sales metrics, project pipelines, and revenue forecasts to management.
Work closely with the project management and development teams to align business development goals with operational capabilities.
Provide insights to internal teams regarding client feedback, project requirements, and emerging trends to support continuous improvement.
What It Takes
