Grow market share of Small Medium Entrepreneur (SME) in the vicinity.
Market all types of loans focusing on SME - Program Lending Management (PLM) loans (conventional & Islamic) & Asset Based Financing (ABF).
Grow deposits from both borrowing & non-borrowing customers.
Conduct all mandatory checks & only refer bankable deals to Account Relationship Manager for processing.
Refer all non-PLM middle market cases to Commercial Banking Centre.
Prepare, vet & sign Letter of Offer.
Deliver Offer and upon acceptance send instruction to Credit Operation Department for documentation.
Follow up on documentation & disbursement of loans (conventional & Islamic) & ABF.
Ensure compliance with conditions precedent.
Service all existing customers parked at the branch.
Cross-sell all Bank/Group products & services.
Manage Newly Non-Performing Loans ("NPL") within approved budget.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.
Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills.
Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment as well as in a team.
