Business Development Manager (SME Loans) - SelangorAs a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be involved in the sales of a wide spectrum of banking products and services to meet the financial and investment needs of small-medium-enterprises (SME).
Products include commercial property loans, trade facilities, asset-based financing etc.
Responsibilities:
Acquire new borrowing accounts through cold-calling and referrals
Provide prudent financial and investment solutions to meet the needs of SME customers
Building rapport and maintaining good relationships with clients
Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank's internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Comfortable with tele-prospecting and meeting clients
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently
Good working attitude, highly motivated and results-oriented
