Requirements Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply. Diploma/ Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Development discipline. 2 years working experience in business developing/sales focused job duties specifically in Offset Packaging Boxes, POSM/POP Display Industrial. Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Must possess sufficient communication skills, written and oral, to complete all assigned goals and work with customers. Expertise in client communication and problem-solving Successful background in prospecting for new business as well as account management retention and growth. Must be able to work independently completing assigned goals Must be adaptable in flexibility to perform work within changing priorities and possess sufficient interpersonal skill to work harmoniously with customers. Willing to travel. Responsibility Developing/Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business of Offset Packaging Boxes, POSM/POP Display Running outbound campaigns (face-to-face or virtual meeting, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities Utilize social media networks such as LinkedIn and other sites to engage clients. Organizes, categorizes, and prioritizes sales leads and collects market data before and during customer outreach to understand prospective customers needs Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems Creating positive, long-lasting relationships to maximize business sales and target with potential clients Following-up on timely manner with potential clients to ensure lead conversion Developing rapport business network with key decision makers Excellent interpersonal skills Work Schedule:
