Position: Business Development**Salary**: Basic up to $5000Working Hour: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)Allowance: Own car $600, without car $300Transportation: Shuttle bus pick up at Sembawang MRTBonus: Depends on company and individual performanceOverall Job Objective (Purpose)- Reporting to the Commercial Head, the Business Development Executive will closely work with Growthwell Team and the key responsibilities include delivering sales, distribution, new wins, pipeline objectives and assisting the Commercial Head in the management of the appointed Distributors' Sales Team which cover all the distribution points including Modern Trade, General Trade, Foodservices and E-commerce for the assigned market(s).- The primary responsibilities include:- Develop channel and customer acquisition strategy and lead the implementation plans through joint customer calls with the Distributors' sales team for corporate introduction, new product launches, key promotions and product evaluation.- Implement strategies for all business development, sales and distribution activities within Growthwell Group- Manage assigned Key Accounts and implement Joint Business Plan together with Distributors' Key Account Team to achieve set targets- Monitor on sales and business development progress on a weekly/monthly basis with proposed action plans for target achievement mitigation whenever necessary- Assist the Commercial Head in the management of Daily/Weekly/Monthly operational reviews (internally and with Distributors) and good KPI management- Handle Distributors and customers feedbackResponsibility- Development of channel and customer acquisition strategy for assigned market(s)- Implementation of the channel and customer acquisition plan- Assisting the Commercial Head to meet the Sales & Distribution Targets- Key Account Management- Stay up to date with key competition and channel Trends- Monitor on sales and business development progress and provide weekly/monthly report- Handle Distributors and Customers feedback- Internal ControlsMeasures- Effective and realistic plan to meet the set target as part of the overall sales & distribution target plan- Joint plan with Distributors' sales team to meet at least 100% of new wins and pipeline targets- Meet at least 100% of the sales and distribution targets- Manage assigned Key Accounts with the Distributor's Team and develop the Joint Business Plans to achieve at least 100% of set target- Timely report on market and competitors' activities- Timely report submission with proposed action plans for target achievement mitigation whenever necessary- Timely management of feedback with clear internal and external communications for next steps and proper documentation of learning log for continuous improvement- Adherence to the Company operating principlesRequirement- Strong track record & minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management (retail and foodservice) and Distributor Management role (FMCG preferred)- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales, distribution, new wins and pipeline targets- Familiar with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing- Strong Influential & Collaboration skills to operate effectively across cultural & functional boundaries withi the company and with external stakeholders- Strong aptitude and positive attitude with proactive initiatives, speed and agility to drive business growth aggressively in response to opportunities and change- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills**Salary**: Up to RM15,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 3 years (preferred)
