Responsibilities:



-Manage live streaming operations, develop strategies, and execute promotions to increase turnover.


-Recruit agencies and hosts for market expansion and collaborate with local content providers.


-Establish and maintain key partnerships with associations and anchors to develop top-tier anchors and enhance managerial skills.


-Stay updated on industry trends, products, and hot topics for prompt policy and strategy adjustments.


-Analyze channel performance data, address reviews, and optimize strategies.

-Minimum of 1 year in the livestreaming and entertainment industry


-Highly Preferred: working experience in talent management agency or other live streaming platform is a plus.


-Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills 


-Self-motivated and proactive, organized and strong skill on building connnection with people


-Working language: English 


-Additional Language: Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
