Summary: The Business Development Specialist is a sales role responsible for building and generating new sales pipeline through outreach activities such as outbound calls, emails, social media and other prospecting outlets
Job Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline Proactively identify decision makers in strategic accounts through creative research Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold calling, email and social strategies Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for the Growth Team Drive consistent activities to ensure a strong pipeline of potential deals week over week Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all activities and conversations in our Hubspot CRM system Requirements: At least a Diploma in any field Min 2 years of experience in the B2B Sales industry, capable in cold outreach prospecting techniques such as calls, emails and social media messages A confident and fluid communication style, able to naturally engage, influence, and persuade.
