We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Specialist/Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives at Skribble. This role is tailored for a driven individual with a proven track record in business development within the Digital & Brand Consultancy. If you excel at building strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities, and delivering impactful results, we want you on our team.
What Does the Role Involve?
Use market insights and industry expertise to discover and secure new business opportunities in the digital and consulting space.
Build, maintain, and grow strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders in the marketing and consulting sectors.
Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners to close high-value deals, meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to craft innovative business strategies that set Skribble apart.
Partner with teams across marketing, digital performance, and operations to deliver seamless solutions for clients.
Create compelling reports and proposals backed by data insights to present to senior management at monthly meetings.

Job RequirementsWhat You Need Is:
A minimum of 4-5 years of business development experience, specifically in Digital & Brand Consultancy
Proven expertise in sales strategy, account management, and securing high-value partnerships.
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and implement effective solutions.
Proficiency in market analysis, problem-solving, and creating data-backed strategies.
Open to Malaysian candidates only, as we continue to build our capacity before exploring international talent.
