Business Development Supervisor (Perak)

**Business Development**- Guide, monitor and supervise stores/ outlets for their daily operation.- Continuously review network performance and identifying improvement opportunities.- Responsible for region franchisee/ stores/ outlets in evaluate their business performance, transfer, merger, and etc.- Responsible for filing and updating the store's information and file management.- Responsible for the enlarge the network coverage of region.- Responsible for the quality management of stores.- Responsible for standardize the operation process of the outlets, and implementing training in accordance with the relevant standards of HQ.- Responsible for solving and collecting the operation feedback of the stores.- Responsible for reporting and solving emergencies such as overload parcel, abnormal withdrawal in the store/region.- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior from time to time.**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**- Basic knowledge in computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Good interpersonal skills, management skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission payApplication Question(s):- What's your expected monthly basic salary?- How much notice are you required to give your current employer?**Experience**:- Sales/BD: 1 year (preferred)
