Our team and organization continues to grow! Therefore, we are looking for additional Business Development Technologists to drive projects and uncover new opportunities.Positions are available to be based in Penang/Kedah, Johor and Selangor. The role will have the potential to progress to an Assistant Business Manager and eventually Business Manager position.**Role description**:- This is a commercial role - getting sales and meeting targets, developing new projects and business in line with our company strategies.- Able to convince and pitch on our company presentation- Getting to know the market trends, competitors, and customer insights.- Establish good relationships with customers.- Understand our USPs, be able to explain what we do and what value we bring- Good understanding of our company culture and values- Coordinate technical and commercial efforts with our global Business Partners**Requirements**:- Min with BSc. Food Tech/Food Science/Biotechnology/Nutrition/or equivalent- At least 2 years of sales work experience in food ingredients.- Knowledge & understanding of food processing/manufacturing will be an advantage.- Background in one of the following areas will be helpful: dairy / beverage / bakery / savoury / meat processing- Good command of business English. Added language skills are always a bonus.- An outgoing personality!
