Team and Role Introduction:
Responsibilities:
Design and perform business-oriented, comprehensive, accurate reporting system/analysis to monitor the performance of the business, locate risks, and discover potential business opportunities.
Develop and maintain the management dashboard portal.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to understand certain business cases and challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis.
Provide insightful analysis to management for decision making.
Work with colleagues in the business team for understanding data insights and handling data product training.
Strategy & Planning:
Set targets for the business, as well as track and project target progress to guide the business on resource allocation and building blocks set-up/planning.
Job Requirements:
Requirements/Qualifications (must have):
Bachelor's/Master's Degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business/Marketing Management.
5-10 years of working experience in business performance analysis reporting and data analysis, with independent thoughts and insight, and the ability to perceive opportunities from mass data.
Experienced SQL skills.
Bilingual: English/Chinese.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results and detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on problem-solving.
E-commerce experience is a plus, especially in the User/Traffic domain.#J-18808-Ljbffr
