Sound business understanding and problem-solving abilities are also desired.Join us to contribute to our quest for improved outcomes and strategic growth through the power of data-driven insights.ResponsibilitiesTranslate business needs to technical specifications.Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools)Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. PowerBI)Execute analytical experiments to help solve problems across various domains and industries.Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs and collect large structured and unstructured datasets and variables.Analyze data for trends and patterns, and interpret data with clear objectives in mindAssist in implementing analytical models/machine learning, etc in production by collaborating with software developers and IT team.Utilize Azure technologies like Databrick, Azure Cognitive Technologies, Azure Machine Learning etc.Evaluate and improve existing BI systemsDevelop and execute database queries and conduct analysesCreate visualizations and reports for requested projectsRequirements and skillsProven experience as a BI Developer orData Scientist Industry experience is preferred.Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data miningIn-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) frameworkFamiliarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI)Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Azure platform.Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitudeKnowledge of SQL and PythonProblem-solving aptitudeBSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
