As an IT Analyst specializing in Demand Planning Systems for our multinational food company, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing IT systems crucial to the Global Supply Chain function. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will focus on ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of applications related to demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
What we ask Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Analyst with a focus on Demand Planning Systems in a multinational or large-scale enterprise. Knowledge of demand planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and associated applications (o9, OMP, SAP APO, BY/JDA, SAP IBP etc). Application Support:
Provide expert-level support for Demand Planning Systems, including OMP, SAP APO, and other relevant applications. Collaborate with end-users and technical teams to resolve complex system issues promptly. System Enhancement and Optimization:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand demand planning requirements and contribute to the enhancement and optimization of Demand Planning Systems. Participate in the testing and validation of system upgrades and new releases. User Training:
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on the efficient use of Demand Planning Systems. Provide ongoing support to ensure user proficiency and adoption. Integration Management:
Collaborate with IT integration teams to ensure seamless integration between Demand Planning Systems and other enterprise systems. Manage data flows and interfaces to optimize information exchange. Incident and Change Management Collaboration with Supply Chain Teams:
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain teams to understand operational requirements and ensure that IT solutions align with demand planning and forecasting needs. Participate in regular meetings to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement. Data Governance:
Work with data governance teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within Demand Planning Systems. Implement and enforce data management best practices.
