Business Manager

1. Provide guidance and coordinate sales techniques for business personnel.
2. Plan department budgets, manage the department, and make decisions on budget expenditures.
3. Understand customer preferences, conduct customer visits and relationship maintenance, and package the primary selling products.
4. Plan, execute, and manage marketing projects, and determine pricing and negotiation space for selling products.
5. Divide business regions, set goals, and help business personnel establish training programs.
6. Assist subordinates in resolving customer-related issues and evaluate the performance of business personnel.
7. Responsible for business development with large clients or designated projects.
