Job DescriptionLead Management:Receive and manage leads from our online/offline sales channels, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
Customer Qualification:Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify their interests, and gather necessary information.
Quoting:Provide accurate and competitive quotes for the vehicles customers wish to sell, ensuring all details are clear and transparent.
Transaction Handling:Oversee the entire transaction process from initial contact to final sale, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Customer Service:Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
Market Research:Stay informed about market trends, vehicle values, and competitor offerings to provide the best possible deals to customers.
Reporting:Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Job RequirementsAbility to communicate and write well in English and Bahasa.
Knows how to use and operate Microsoft Office and Google products.
Have a valid car driving license.
Minimum working experience of 1 to 2 years.
