Job Description Open Position: Business Operations & Customer Support, Manager (MNC Health & Wellness Company)   An MNC Health & Wellness Company is currently hiring Business Operations & Customer Support, Manager to lead the Customer Support Team based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
  Key responsibilities include: Having more than 8 years of working experience with exposure in either Business Operations, Customer Support or Continuous Improvement activities within regional countries Maintains and improves daily operations by monitoring ticket system performance and identifying and resolving problems Work closely with the team with a strong focus on operational strategies by evaluating team results via ticketing and customer satisfaction survey Proactively analyse information from a range of data sources to understand common issues and process related gaps Coordinate with the regional stakeholders for project support, portfolio development and management, setting priorities and incident resolutions as well Provide leadership to the team on the adoption of best practices and processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from regional stakeholders Good communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills   If you are interested, please send your CV to ****** for a confidential discussion.
