This role will be home-based in Johor, hence strong discipline is needed to ensure commercial productivity.Develop clients' business and build new client partnerships by leveraging PPD brands portfolio and unique value proposition, in coordination with Brand Education Experts and Salon Emotion Developers.Understand client needs and develop a personalized offer leveraging the brand portfolio.Develop a personalized business plan with salon owners after analyzing salon performance and potential.Visit customers to develop their business through brands' value propositions and cycle animations.Coordinate with Education Experts and Salon Emotion Developers to develop clients' businesses.Motivate, manage, and develop customers within a given geographic area for a specific brand portfolio.Achieve the sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Regional Sales Manager.Inform hairdressers in salons about launches and advise them to participate in business training based on the needs and challenges of their point of sale.Enforce compliance with merchandising at the point of sale.Identify opportunities and win new customers in accordance with the objectives set by the brand.Who are we looking for?Diploma in Business (any field) preferred.Minimum 3 years in B2B commercial experience.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Energetic and able to travel intensively.Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.Integrator, strategist, and people developer.L'Oréal is committed to building a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
