Responsibilities:Support in planning and supervising section initiatives; coordinate resources across multiple sections in strategic planning efforts; define and implement effective lifecycle processes that drive clarity on how to develop and maintain the section's operation.
Manage a variety of statistical data, analyze, develop planning studies, compile proposals, and performance reports, submitting them to management in a timely manner to support new and updated plans, requirements, targets, and regulations.
Execute proposals for business opportunities and risks included in future business planning.
Plan, execute the section's targets, and report section progress, including quarterly section tree plans and yearly target achievements.
Liaise and coordinate among departments/divisions/business units to keep lines of communication open and ensure meaningful collaboration.
Support in budget management and manpower supervision according to the organization's needs.
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and yearly target processes; establish and update organic growth targets; assess monthly plans against targets and objectives; provide summary and analysis reports.
Plan and carry out cost-effectiveness in the section, ensuring expenses and investments meet budget allocations.
Coach subordinates to seek continuous improvement of work efficiency in the section.
Supervise and lead the section to determine the best course of action in situations where a disaster or unfortunate occurrence threatens normal operations.
Prioritize maximizing performance by enhancing organizational ability and minimizing losses and disruption during calamities by developing improved processes.
Organize administrative tasks within the section, including maintaining records.
Ensure the section's operation and subordinates are compliant with BSH and government-related rules and regulations.
Undertake and perform any project, task, and duties assigned by superiors after reviewing the needs of the organization.
