Business & Process Analyst

3 months contract- 8am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)Description:- Supporting the Asia Consumer Category Team with a number on on-going tasks.- Working closely with the Asia Strategy Manager as well as the Retail Sales Analysts.- Profiling, cleaning, and transforming data.- Design and build scalable and effective data models, whilst enabling and implementing the advanced analytics capabilities into reports for analysis.- Work with stakeholders to identify data and reporting requirements and then turn raw data into relevant and meaningful insights.- Manage Power BI assets, including reports, dashboards, workspaces, and the underlying datasets- Implement proper security procedures, in conjunction with stakeholder requirements, to ensure the safekeeping of all data and reporting assets- Identify new processes or improve existing processes for collecting data for analysis.- Collating monthly forecast data from the team and updating the central forecast file.**Requirements**:- An excel Pro- Good knowledge of Power BI- VBA and other analysis tools a plus- Track record of managing and manipulating large and complex data sets- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills- Excellent organizational and project management responsibility- Will need to be in their element managing, tracking, and pushing forward multiple strands of work- Excellent communication skills- Ability to communicate to a range of stakeholders and adapt style to different stakeholders and cultures- Able to structure thinking and present clearly and succinctly- Fluent in English, Mandarin a plus**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 3 months**Salary**: Up to RM7,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
