Gather and translate client requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to client and internal team.
Plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with external clients.
Analyze client requirements, derive solutions that can align the business requirement with the technical feasibility of the product, and prepare system demonstration environment and configuration.
Ensure that projects meet or exceed expectations by guiding all project activities to include, but not limited to, scheduling, scoping, configuring, testing, training, conducting user acceptance test, and maintaining quality control.
Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
Monitor and ensure highest levels of integrity in processes and policies both internally as well for the client.
Be the first and primary point of contact for these accounts/clients.
Cultivate and maintain a trusted partnership with the client.
Manage stakeholders from functional to leadership levels.
Lead them into the direction of being evangelist/champion for the product.
Map the business and HR processes of the clients that will have to be managed using the product, in detail.
Plan and lead working sessions with the client to get this done.
Communicate with the client verbally and in writing effectively.
Set-up proof of concept for the clients and get sign-off from the stakeholders on the to-be processes.
Conduct training and provide support needed to the key users for the duration of the project.
After the implementation of the product is completed for a client and they are "live" on the platform, coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handover with respect to the scope, clients' processes, their stakeholders, and expectations.
Drive continuous improvements across projects and propose improvements on the overall processes and mechanisms in place.
Job RequirementsMore than 3 years' experience in B2B Enterprise software Development or HCM Implementation projects as a customer-facing consultant.
Bachelor's/undergraduate degree is mandatory.
An MBA/master's degree is preferred.
Understanding of Technology systems.
HCM system implementation and understanding would be preferred.
Proficient in productivity tools like MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Project Management: familiarity with/proficiency in project management tools would be an added advantage.
