About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Business Process Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, cost savings, and innovation within our procurement function. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze procurement processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions to enhance our overall procurement performance.
Key Responsibilities Evaluate current procurement processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to streamline procurement processes, reduce cycle times, and optimize resource utilization. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and identify opportunities for process enhancement. Conduct data analysis to assess procurement performance metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements. Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, including designing new workflows, documenting procedures, and providing training to stakeholders. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement process improvement to recommend innovative solutions and tools. Act as a change agent to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement function. Integrate into procurement sourcing events on a project basis on a adhoc basis. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or process improvement roles. Ideally has exposure to multiple roles within procurement function. Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives, preferably within a procurement function. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools such as Visio or Lucidchart. Experience with ADKAR or Agile methodology is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to influence change and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation purposes.
