Ensure team processes all requests received as per stipulated requirements.Supervise and monitor the productivity and workflow of team members to ensure team operating efficiency.
Monitor Work Queue daily to ensure team is meeting agreed Service levels.
Coach and develop team membersto ensure they possess the right skills and knowledge to meet the minimum service benchmarks.
Complete Management Reporting, Day end reports, Update AOM accurately and within agreed timelines.
Ensure daily audit reports are checked, verified and rectifiedas per stipulated target and timeline.
Ensure pending lists are monitored within the stipulated requirements.
Approve cases that exceed subordinates' authority including financial transactions.
Identify, propose and implement improvement opportunitiesin regards to Technology, People & Processes.
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Review team's performance on a monthly basisto consistently drive meritocracy and high performing team.
Ability to drive and implement initiatives with the team.
Ensure that the agreed Individual processing Turn Around Times (TAT) and Quality are met or exceeded.
Ensure that the quality, including presentation and accuracy of service provided, meet or exceed our customer and business partners' expectations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or above in any field.
Experience in supporting operation of New Zealand/Australia shared service environment is an added advantage.
Insurance experience and knowledge is an added advantage.
Proficient in written and spokenEnglish .
Able to support early shift (in accordance with ANZ operation).
Able to work inCyberjaya .
Strong problem-solving and data analytical skills.
Effective communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
