Role Summary:
To identify areas where process improvements with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution for different kinds of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and also SAP platform. Furthermore, to assist in revisiting current projects and proposing enhancements and replication to other entities and functions if possible. Next, provide hands-on training to users on how to use the RPA function when it is on attended bot.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:To identify areas where process improvements can be made across the function and work with cross-functional teams.
Proactively communicate with users to clarify the user requirements and advise what can and cannot be done using RPA solutions & Lean Six Sigma approach.
Support in Process Design Documentation preparation & review for new and existing RPA projects.
Deal with developers during the RPA development and provide necessary proposals and suggestions.
Troubleshoot existing Excel templates that require further enhancement and new requests from users and customers.
Work closely with the team for post-implementation support.
Know how to use key indicators when getting support from Chat GPT.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in RPA automation implementation projects.
Know-how the end-to-end flow on developing RPA projects.
Know-how to use standard business process re-engineering techniques, such as Value Stream Mapping, Swimlane diagrams.
Practical knowledge of techniques in all areas of MS Visual Basic 6, MS .NET, C#, VB.Net, Windows Form, Microsoft Entity Framework, and Python.
Experience in MS Office, SAP (or other ERP systems).
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Added advantage if he/she has experience in Continuous improvement methodology and participates in Kaizen / Lean Six Sigma / Lean projects.
Added advantage if equipped with Shared Service industries background.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Experience in RPA automation implementation projects.
• Know-how the end-to-end flow on developing RPA projects.
