Furthermore, assist in revisiting current projects and propose enhancements and replication to other entities and functions if possible.
Next, provide hands-on training to users on how to use the RPA function when it is on attended bot.Responsibilities:Identify areas where process improvements can be made across the function and work with cross-functional teams.Proactively communicate with users to clarify their requirements and advise on feasible actions using RPA solutions & Lean Six Sigma approaches.Support the preparation & review of Process Design Documentation for new and existing RPA projects.Work with developers during RPA development to provide necessary proposals and suggestions.Troubleshoot existing Excel templates requiring enhancements and new requests from users and customers.Collaborate closely with the team for post-implementation support.Utilize key indicators when getting support from Chat GPT.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process improvement.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a related field.3-5 years of working experience in the related field.Experience in RPA automation implementation projects.Familiarity with the end-to-end flow of developing RPA projects.Knowledge of standard business process re-engineering techniques, such as Value Stream Mapping and Swimlane diagrams.Practical knowledge of techniques in MS Visual Basic 6, MS .NET, C#, VB.Net, Windows Form, Microsoft Entity Framework, and Python.Experience with MS Office, SAP (or other ERP systems).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good presentation and communication skills.Experience in Continuous Improvement methodology is an added advantage.Experience in Shared Service industries is also an added advantage.Requirements:To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you have the following skills and qualifications:A degree in a related job field.At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role.Experience in RPA automation implementation projects.Familiarity with the end-to-end flow of developing RPA projects.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent for us to keep or store your information in our database.
