What You'll Do:Be the Backbone of the Sales Team:Support the Sales Manager in organizing, leading, and encouraging your Junior Business Executives.
Drive Sales Success:Empower your team to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with customers.
Provide Expert Advice:Offer tailored financial and investment guidance to help customers make confident decisions about our products.
Host Impactful Events:Collaborate with the Sales Manager to organize sales events that showcase our offerings.
Solve Challenges Together:Act as a bridge between your team and the Sales Manager, addressing challenges and ensuring seamless operations.
Unlock Opportunities for Customers:Assist clients in understanding their loan eligibility to make informed property purchases.
Deliver Compelling Presentations:Use your communication skills to wow customers with persuasive product pitches.
Important Note:
This is not your average desk job!
You'll frequently travel to rural districts across Sabah, so being based in Kota Kinabalu or Kota Marudu with a readiness to travel outstation is ESSENTIAL.
